Description

Jira: SURE-9058

Change Cluster Dashboard view to display the event tab in a preview manner. Precise UX TBD.

Suggestions

the events page in the cluster dashboard is only meant to be a quick view (and doesn't contain all events). Users should go to the events list get the full list experience (searching, i think possibly more columns/info, all events - with vai)
could be the fix to make that clearer (disable pagination controls, make the full event list link more obvious, maybe give it a title 'Recent Events', etc)
@richard-cox

We could either rename the tabs to “Recent Events” and “Recent Alerts”, or add an additional title above the whole thing with “Recent Activity”

Context

The original report mentions that the table does not honor the pagination configuration, although this has been restricted exclusively to the Cluster Dashboard page.

It has also been expressed the will to extend the pagination setting even for these cases since it's more convenient for vertical display use cases.
Note: We do not handle vertical display responsive design, so it may be worth to consider or discard cases in toto.

Do we have updates? @nwmac @kwwii @richard-cox

ATM, with SSP enabled, the table will show all events again and have full pagination controls. The UI now only pulls down a single page so we don't need to worry about scaling.

We should decide though if we want to bring back the concept of only showing the most recent X events and continue with this issue, leave as is, or decide on another option (investigate showing summary of events / more dashboard like overview).

Edit: Some of the above options would need to be delivered outside of 2.11.0
