Setup : Rancher HA

  • Rancher version: v2.10-13c7bae82c64b32ea68eb8981ee27dd7647c26ec-head
  • Rancher UI Extensions: master 49829da
  • Browser type & version: Chrome

Describe the bug

Navigating to the Auth and Users area, the list of current users is displayed but all users have the red icon indicating they are disabled.
The accounts can login.

To Reproduce

  1. Install Rancher
  2. Navigate to the Users and Authentication area.

Result

Red icons on all accounts

Expected Result

Green icons by default if user retention is disabled.

Additional context
There aren't errors in the Browser Console in that UI area.
sql-cache enabled
server side pagination enabled

This is no longer reproducible on Rancher version: v2.10-695357ad2fdb58bfce027ecf6ce96e8a4e3ddbab-head
