Use new steve equivalents (including steve versions of public api endpoints) of norman endpoints

This includes

  • management of auth providers
  • all log in processes
    • includes session token
  • all log out processes

Some (not all) endpoints affected

  • v3-public/authproviders (and their login actions)
  • v3/authconfigs
  • v3/tokens action logout

Require to move away from norman tokens (SURE-6548)
