There are a growing number of flaky e2e tests. Here's the list of those we definitely need to address

• e2e-test (admin, @adminUser, @manager)

    • Trigger release based builds for hotfixes #12337
    • hopefully fixed by [2.10] Improve cloud cred e2e tests #12209
  • repositories.spec.ts
    • hopefully fixed by Update rancher image version for e2e tests #12310
