When I install rke2 with RPMs on a OracleLinux8, I have the file /etc/rancher/rke2/rke2.yaml with the permissions 644.
644 means that the file is world readable, but it is a security issue as the file contains a master secret with full permissions to the kubernetes API.
The permissions should be 600
