afpcmd: testafp has no visible effect #4

The "testafp" command may be doing something silently, but there is no visual output.

This runs tests for the afp_newcommand76() function, which seems to have been under development and isn't used anywhere except these tests.

For starters, I'm hiding this command from the help text.
