Add support for email, for the following scenarios:

  • local postfix daemon that sends outbound mail, but doesn't accept inbound mail.
  • local postfix daemon that sends outbound mail via a smarthost/relayhost, but doesn't accept inbound mail.
  • user-specified existing mail server with user-specified credentials (external MTA in most cases, but should also allow using an existing/manually configured MTA on localhost).
