Plugin Stopped Creating Shortlinks

All of a sudden -- seemingly out of nowhere -- the plugin is not generating a Rebrandly short URL. I even created a fresh API key as well. Is there a log file, or debug output? Thanks.

OK. We were out of links at Rebrandly. Once I upgraded my account, I was able to create short URLs again. Can we add some sort of error notice? At least that way we could get to the bottom of the issue quicker.

@davidbitton TY for your contact, yep, I have much staff on my backlog, and this one also will be included, just no time to start work on it :)
