Copy local files into the created repository

Configuration would look like:

copy: extras

The second argument is a list of files/directories. They're interpreted relative to the nomad execution root and copied into the archive in the same way as inst. Check that there will be no conflict with inst (and probably with other directories that we're going to produce anyway if it's easy to get a set of them)
