Challenge 3: Transition period

Idea/Concept

When getting to a new country, a new horizon of possibilities can open up. One can either develop further the skills that one have or get into a path of discovery of new talents and competences. A concept is to provide a two-sided platform where refugees can assess their capabilities and know about their potentials while organizations use that information to match mentorship programmes and other forms of skill development programmes, for instance e-learning.
