Even though SSE has random SteamID support, we can set reunion to ignore it and generate by ip anyway if it's the case.
I have a lot of clients on my servers that use it set on unique static ID, and I use SteamIDs to save my players' information.
Please restore support for this awesome emulator. Thank you.
