feat: Add support for software End-of-Life Alerts

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In addition to getting notifications and webhooks for new releases, it would be good if Argus could also alert on any running app version becoming end of life.

Argus could use https://endoflife.date/ as a data source for end of life info, and potentially also as new version data source.

Not aware of any other public datasource for EOL

Hi. Do you have any particular apps in mind with respect to this issue. I'm questioning the usefulness of this as endoflife.data doesn't track many of the apps that are typically tracked with this tool.

I use it to track mainly databases like cassandra, elasticsearch, postgres, and kubernetes and associated tooling like argocd, prometheus, jenkins.
