Create some basic designs or wireframes for the site.
We can use Remix Austin as inspiration, but let's also mix in some "LA vibes"

Initial pages

• Homepage
  • Dynamic aspects:
    • promote next meetup event CTA
    • Fallback to meetup group promotion CTA when no event is found on meetup.com
• Blog page
  • Internal posts that link to a Blog Post page
  • External posts with some kind of indicator that it will link to an external post (this will be used to link to posts by our members that are on other platforms)
• Blog post page
• Sign Up To Present form page
• Suggest a topic page
  • A page with a form to suggest topics for others to present
  • A voting system on the list of suggested topics

I tried to merge 'Install Storybook & update packages' 0c0b323 but encountered some issues on my end.
As a temporary solution, I committed only basic design changes to the dev-summer branch.

I don't know about Storybook, but I will try to figure it out and continue to work on the merge further. Once resolved,
I will send a pull request.
