Change "Report an issue..." menu item

One change needed asap, I think: Report a bug - brings up a GitHub sign-in request. Most users do not even know what GitHub is. So can it simply send an email to [email protected]? I'd suggest either a fill-in box for the email or just make a call to write an email with the to: address filled in, and let the default email handler do it. I think it's best for now.

Create a new screen/form to submit information to a central repository and additionally email Steve and myself the results. Can build this into a central logging system as well.
