Add case info to analysis output #49

add case/individual number to output screen. I suppose it would
read the value from the saved case file if saved or opened. Otherwise
display "Current Case".
Example:

TA3 Age Estimation
Program Version 0.8.0
R Code Version 0.4.7
Using binarized ordinal scores.
