We need a way to tell fedup to install new (default) packages from existing, installed groups. Basically we'd reinstall each group that yum lists as installed. (see `yum.igroups for info about installed groups).
Also needed: an extra argument/option for whether to install 'mandatory' vs. 'default' packages in the group.
