[Central_v2] - Design/Dev Coord - CCSS button in error state

You can totally tell me to get lost on this but I was wondering if you wanted to highlight the CCSS button as being in an error state when it's not completed. You can see the error state screen here:

And you can see that there isn't any change in the CCSS button if it doesn't get completed. Totally let me know if that's just the intended design though

I'm actually going to backlog this for now in the hopes of deleting it because our design system work is addressing this. Thanks!
