环境：Windows 10 22H2 & Weasel v0.16.3

v0.16.2 更新日志摘选
新特性：開關IME消息響應狀態可配置，WeaselSetup.exe參數/toggleime設置關閉鍵盤（原版本狀態），/toggleascii切換ascii_mode,安裝默認後者 https://github.com/rime/weasel/pull/1364

经测试

:: Ctrl + Space 切换中西文，不上屏（已输入的被清除，我之前的 v0.15.0 也是这样的，以为 v0.16.2 修复了）
WeaselSetup.exe /toggleascii

:: Ctrl + Space 无效
WeaselSetup.exe /toggleime
