Sander has notified me of a new mapping service they have setup, it should have 3 layers, and contain a stable id per record: #155

Dag Pieter,

Er is, sinds de switch naar RATO2, een nieuwe service beschikbaar:
https://gis.oost-vlaanderen.be/server/rest/services/RATO2/RATO2_Dossiers_Publiek/MapServer

Hierin zitten 3 lagen (punten/lijnen/polygonen), die elk een nieuw veld 'GlobalID' hebben, wat een unieke en stabiele ID is.

Kan je dit eens bekijken?
