Translating submers values

Sheet vegetatie-ontwikkeling contains a column called submers. Here below the proposed mapping to EN.
To be reviewed by VMM.
These values correspond to codes 0, 1, 2 and 3. Are there other values above 3?

I have made an alternative mapping with shorter translations:

• Note that I have not retained the code (0-3), because I think the categories are fairly self descriptive
• We just need to confirm with VMM that the intervals are distances from the shore. If not, we need to adapt the description (Understanding the interval column #10)
