Do this by following the directions in https://github.com/UEFI/DSD-Guide/blob/main/dsd-guide.adoc:

The add a prefix to this list and reserve it for your use, please submit a merge request to add a row to the table below. It must include the prefix desired, the organization using the prefix, and a contact email for any questions that may arise.

As per the latest DSD guide source (looks like it is not yet released) - https://github.com/UEFI/DSD-Guide/blob/main/src/dsd-guide.adoc, the ACPI/PNP ID is granted by default and no need to add it in DSD guide.

"In addition to the list below, de facto prefixes exist as a result of vendor ID assignments in the PNP [PNP_ID] and ACPI [ACPI_ID] Registries. I.e. the intc- prefix is owned and managed by Intel Corporation, and mipi- is owned and managed by the MIPI Alliance."

So, I don't think we need to do anything since RSCV is the approved ACPI ID for RVI.
