Please provide release versions for reproduciblity.

I suggest following: https://semver.org/

E.g. just do a 0.0.1 release.

Then, one can use your pipeline via:

nextflow pull rki-mf1/GARI
nextflow run rki-mf1/GARI -r 0.0.1

I will also send a PR soonish suggesting some changes to your README
