Thought I'd mention here, it would seem the download counts are doubled. It's easy to tell when you compare the all downloads count to just specific to the version, when there has only been one version, but it holds true when there has been more than one version.

Oh this is interesting, that is very clearly the case. Thankfully those numbers are calculated from individual download records so I should be able to correct the calculation.
