The wheels rubber (black neoprene) is worn out and needs to be replaced.
@fbiggi noticed that we do not have extra rubber in the storage and w e need to find a solution.

Detailed context

We need to replace the rubber covers.
It is most likely that the used material is this (or similar): https://it.rs-online.com/web/c/?searchTerm=neoprene. Can someone investigate it?

Additional context

NB: Changing the thickness of the rubber may affect robot odometry.
