Depends on #123
(and it's kinda the opposite of #150)

Just show a (low-prio) tip when the user is using Android that they have such an QR Code Scanner integrated.
Reasoning: As #52 is quite upvoted (but not implemented very soon), and such scanners are mostly useful on mobile devices, I guess it is not a bad idea to hint to users that such a feature is already integrated in their browser.

I guess you can just link to https://mzl.la/1GQ2fcu. Their article should explain it quite well, already.
