Issue Description
bazelbuild/rules_protois deprecated, and its contents have been migrated toprotocolbuffers/protobuf. It would be useful ifrules_proto_grpcand the language-specific modules could migrate toprotocolbuffers/protobuf, in order to remove the dependency on the deprecatedrules_proto.Log Output
