Selectable sub-list in un-selectable list row

In list there will be no checkbox or tick mark and list options can't be select
sub-list can have many options as it want and option can be select with checkbox

Example-
list 1
[ ] sub-list 11
[ ] sub-list 12
[ ] sub-list 13
[ ] sub-list 14
list 2
[ ] sub-list 21
[ ] sub-list 22
...............................
