Whilst navigating through a couple of rust crates (namely tunio & netconfig) it seems like if_nameindex is not made available on Android. Is it still/always the case?

Target: aarch64-linux-android and other *-linux-android

Found this, wondering if it's relevant: https://android.googlesource.com/platform/bionic/+/master/libc/include/net/if.h
