[ENH] Provide custom message descriptions #88

The sections for an enhancement issue are:

Motivation - There are quite a lot of different bots in production which log a lot of stuff. It would be nice to document the custom messages which are logged
Specification - Las2peer provides a getCustomMessageDescriptions() which can be overwritten to provide a list of the custom messages as a HashMap
Finalised state - You should be able to call /{serviceName}/messageDescriptions to get the messages
