dbus-tree is deprecated now. We can use:

use zbus (and potentially make the service asynchronous?),
or update to dbus-crossroads.

The interface could also be changed, with fans being more independent:

Fan index as object path (e.g /com/musikid/fancy/fans/0)
- Target speed
- Fan speed
- Name
