[Bug] "Running" not a valid value for Status in 'List Workflow Executions' (list-workflow-executions) results #523

Describe the bug The "Running" value should be replaced in the documentation with the word "Executing".

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Make a call to the endpoint for a workflow with executions that are currently running
Find a result reflecting an in-progress execution
See that the Status is listed as "Executing" rather than "Running"
