Hi

The title of this page is incorrect: https://developer.sailpoint.com/docs/api/v3/list-identity-certifications

Current title: "'Identity Campaign Certifications by IDs'"

Suggested title: "Identity Certifications List"

This is much more consistent, and the GET to /v3/certifications (without specifying ID) lists all identity certifications.
