We need to add verification to only allow Northeastern emails inside the application. This likely needs to be handled in a few areas:

user onboarding: if user signs in with non-northeastern email, provide message and link to sign in again
admin page: don't allow creating a user without a northeastern email
? should we also add a protection on the backend route to prevent creation of users with invalid emails?
