Build the page for scoring an individual professor. Reference figma designs.

Dev Design:

build route: /merit/professors/[professorId].tsx
on server side (getServerSideProps), collect user with professorInfo, activities, and scores
display list of activities (separated by type), with scores attached
display professor info and scores in sidebar
add ability to score activity (accept/reject)
add ability to create/update comment in sidebar
