Edit an appointment's report

Maybe disable from the tutors to change and update the fields of the report such as "tutor", "term" and even "course" ?

I think there is no need for the tutor to change these fields since they should be correct from the beginning. Imagine me having an appointment and then change it and assign it to you and even change the term that I'm not supposed to have working hours.
