      <a href="https://scalableminds.com">scalable minds</a>

only applies for the webknossos.org instance. It should be made configurable for other instances.

@normanrz would you prefer to have the whole html passage in the config? Or just uri and name (which is currently https://scalableminds.com and scalable minds?
