Feature Request: Customizable Start of the Week

Currently, the app uses Sunday as the start of the week. However, some users may prefer to start their week on a different day, such as Monday. This feature would allow users to customise the start of their week according to their preference. Can you add a setting in the app's preferences that lets users select their desired start of the week (e.g., Sunday, Monday, etc.).
