We need to consolidate the project data to get an overview of the samples sequenced including overviews of sequencing projects, runs, technology (WGS vs. WES).
We could use the Excel files for ordering the sequencing as a starting point.

Upload the files to a folder in this repository:
analyses/00_samples-and-files/sheets/
