When I saw it correctly all other notification settings are opt-in by default for the users. But after configuring email all settings were automatically enabled for all users.

Version

  3. go to a users notification settings

I'm not sure what the bug is.
Local users and Plex users are required to have an email address. If you configure an email server for Overseerr, in most cases, wouldn't you want all of the notifications enabled on the user accounts? And if not, go to your notification settings and toggle them off?
When it comes to the other notification agents, there isn't information for each of those users (like their Telegram Chat ID, Pushbullet access token, Pushover user key, etc) so that additional information has to be added per user. So again, going to notification settings and adding/toggling the options you/a user wants. What would need to be changed?
