The CIM model for electric power grids includes some units we might want to add, e.g. in addition to active power, it has active power per length (or distance). List of aspects in CIM that are not in UOM reference data:

somewhat related, I notice that you have gistd:_Aspect_susceptance and gistd:_Aspect_electric_reactance. But I fail to see anywhere that they are defined as the reciprocal of each other. How might that be best defined in the model?
