I managed to implement what you asked, download the newest version/build.

All Arguments are running sillent in background with complete end message.

/auto - will run sillent Default checked options
/all - will run sillent ALL marked options by "Select All" Button
/expert - will run sillent ALL options + Expert options

Examples on auto switch:

How to use via cmd: ET-Optimizer.exe /auto
How to use via powershell: start ET-Optimizer.exe /auto
