Allow a user to upload a file (e.g. a photo or video) via twitpic and other services.

When click on the file upload icon/button open up a real file upload popup.... when the file is there upload it to yfrog and get the URL back, and put it in the textarea.

Update the UI to show that the pic is uploaded.
