我在windows环境下运行local.py报错：shell.py:50 [WinError 10053] 你的主机中的软件中止了一个已建立的连接。
我的配置是：

    "server_port": 8388,
    "local_address": "127.0.0.1",
    "local_port": 1090,

    "password": "123456",
    "method": "aes-128-ctr",
    "protocol": "auth_sha1_v4",
    "protocol_param": "123456",
    "obfs": "random_head",
    "obfs_param": "",

用csharp版的客户使用这个配置端连接正常，用python版的local.py就一直连接不上，想知道是啥原因。
win这边的防火墙已关，系统里的手动代理已开
