Add estimated (average) rupture length, width, slip given magnitude #51

Add expected rupture length, rupture width and final slip based on earthquake magnitude from Hanks-Bakun or Wells-Coppersmith empirical models.

We will want to be relatively consistent with UCERF3 magnitude-area relations.

I think this information would appear on the summary tab.

Having both models would be informative as would having a warning when the numbers are extrapolations.
