Audio Sample rate problems?

Just want to point out that I don't think this has anything to do with tuner sample rate. I think there is something up with the audio sample rate. In chrome / firefox all recordings sound like they are in slow motion. This is a fresh install of Devel on Ubuntu using docker install as recommended. using an Airspy SDR. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
