Sauteed veggies that go great with almost any base layer.
- 2 bell peppers (any color)
- 1/2 onion
- 1 cup white mushrooms
- Oil (any kind)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cumin
- Garlic powder
- Chili powder
- Dice onions, peppers, and mushrooms
- Heat oil in skillet
- Sautee onion until soft
- Add bell peppers; cook several minutes on medium heat
- Add mushrooms; cook until liquid is almost gone, stirring regularly
- Season to taste with spices
