@shartoo @LvNianZu 我最近在跑这个网络，两块TITAN X，跑了两天了，还没跑完一个epoch，你们当时在什么配置下跑的？大概用了多上时间呢？

我当时用的是 1080ti 就跑了一天吧，不可能一个epoch 没跑完的啊？你要不检查下数据和日志

@shartoo 经过data_prepare.py处理之后，生成了两百多万个.npy文件，包含了所有的候选结节，这样的阴性样本和阳性样本数据严重不平衡啊(⊙o⊙)？
另外我想问一下这里的data_prepare.py中extract_fake_cubic_from_mhd函数的num是什么作用？
