Vistas Compatibility

Currently if you use CTS with the mod vistas installed the Cubemap doesn't render and you get a black background instead.
It could be nice to be able to put something in the CTS or that this mod would detect if vistas is installed and allow vistas to function properly.
If the 2 mods are installed and no CTS is defined for SGM then vistas can work currently.
