I have run the following command python3 NanoSplicer.py -i example.bam -f /data/fast5s/ -r ref.fa input.h5 to identify the splice junctions,but it was encountered with an error(attached herewith). It would be nice if you could suggest what exactly went wrong.
Note- But the command ran till 100% and also generated a tsv file, how has that happened?
