This library is missing in the repository. This causes the build of the application to fail. Where can this file be found or is this not possible due to copyright?

Hi Georg, Thank you for writing - though we've discontinued this project as our collaborators have never released the source to libstruct.a, so I'm effectively abandoning it. I do have a pre-compiled copy which I could send if you like. Cheers, -Mike Snet form my iPhone, sorrry for teh typos.

Dear Georg, No worries, sometimes email clients restrict certain file types for security reasons. I've therefore renamed the attached file to "libstruct_m.xls", so please rename it to "libstruct_m.a" after downloading and it should work OK. Cheers, -Mike Snet form my iPhone, sorrry for teh typos.

It appears that there is some information on the IM3D project at http://li.mit.edu/im3d/, and the library can be found in http://li.mit.edu/im3d/Download/im3d_static_v1.2_mpi64/.

I have contacted the principal author, Yonggang Li, and was directed to http://theory.issp.ac.cn/im3d. Seems that there is some development happening there.

Any way the two efforts, here and there, can be combined?

Hi Jamal, Indeed you're right that the efforts are separate - unfortunately we have abandoned this project because our Chinese collaborators refuse to share their libstruct source code, defeating the purpose of an open-source code altogether.
